Research and Development

Staying ahead of the curve

Through continuing education,  networking with other green builders, studying new projects around the world, and participating in green building conferences, we stay on the cutting edge of the sustainable building movement.

With increased demand for sustainable homes, green building terms are being used widely. From R-Values to U-Factors, LED lights to LEED for Homes, thermal mass to geothermal energy, VOCs to CFCs, rainwater to greywater, SIP'S to ICF'S, rammed Earth to straw-bale, understanding the language of green building can be tricky! At SEED, we love to speak the langauge of green buildling, so if you have any questions about sustainable building practices, please contact us and one of our experts will be glad to talk to you.
